B&M Electric Builds a Home in Ensenada, Mexico in 3 Days, Deepens Commitment to Service and Community

Giving back is at the heart of B&M Electric. This weekend, Founder and CEO Charles Vargas joined Prosperity Homes and members of his business coaching group, Giving Business Soul, to build a home for a family in need in Ensenada, Mexico. The team completed the home in just three days, December 6–8, and spent Sunday visiting a nearby migrant farmworker camp to deliver food, clothing, and support.

“One home. Three days. Countless memories,” said Charles Vargas, Founder and CEO of B&M Electric. “This wasn’t just about building a home—it was about building hope, dignity, and opportunity. Seeing the realities many hardworking families face was humbling and a powerful reminder of why service has to be part of the bigger picture.”

During the visit to the camp on Sunday, December 7, the group met with families living in challenging conditions and provided pizza, groceries, clothing, and essentials. “We’re grateful for the chance to show up with open hands and open hearts,” Vargas added. “We came to give, and we left inspired to do more.”

The Ensenada build underscores philanthropy as a core pillar of B&M Electric and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to use its time, skills, and resources to make a tangible difference—at home and across borders. B&M Electric plans to continue partnering with Prosperity Homes and Giving Business Soul on future builds.
