The installation includes 1,500 linear feet of ornamental steel fencing and automated estate gates designed to support controlled vehicle entry and clearer site access management.
Ashleigh 2’s development team selected multifamily perimeter fencing solutions in Atlanta that would align with a modern residential aesthetic while supporting day-to-day property operations. Over a four-month period, Chamblee Fence installed a Montage Plus ornamental steel fencing system, using a combination of 4-foot and 6-foot sections to balance visibility and perimeter reinforcement in designated areas. The scope also included automated estate gates configured for resident vehicle access and entry control.
